This Privacy Policy – programmatic lines of conduct relating to privacy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the websites listed below (the “Sites”) and refers to the processing of personal data carried out by Proedi Comunicazione S.r.l. (“PROEDI Comunicazione”) when visiting the Sites and when users interact with the services and functionalities of the Sites. The Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with Recommendation No. 2/2001, adopted on May 17, 2001 by the Working Party for the Protection of Personal Data – Art. 29 in relation to the minimum requirements for the collection of data online in the European Union and also represents information to the interested parties pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (the “Privacy Code”). The Privacy Policy specifies the identity of the data controller who controls and manages the personal data collected and processed through the Sites, indicates what personal information is collected and the purposes, methods of processing, the scope of communication to third parties, the security measures adopted in order to protect and safeguard the user’s personal data, and the ways in which the user can verify the processing of data concerning him/her and exercise the rights recognized by the Privacy Code.

The nature and type of data collected and processed
PROEDI Communication collects and processes personal data voluntarily provided by the user when placing an order, registering on the Sites, requesting information, subscribing to the newsletter service, sending a communication by traditional mail or through the Sites. The personal data that PROEDI Communication collects and processes includes name, address, electronic mail (e-mail) address, telephone number, fax number and any other optional personal information, details of orders and payments, requests for returns and also data relating to the user’s use of the Sites. Browsing the Sites does not involve the provision of personal data, but the collection of such data is necessary for the fulfillment of orders and for the provision of services requested by the user, such as registration on the Sites, subscription to the newsletter service, answering user questions and sending information requested by the user. In the specific sections of the Sites where the data are collected, a special notice prepared in accordance with Art. 13 of the Privacy Code is published. When necessary under the Privacy Code PROEDI Communication requests the user’s consent before proceeding to the processing of personal data.
PROEDI Comunicazione also processes the so-called navigation data of the users, i.e. the data whose transmission to the Sites is implicit in the operation of the computer systems in charge of the management of the Sites and in the use of the communication protocols belonging to the Internet. Browsing data are, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Sites and other parameters relating to the type and computer operating system used by the user. Browsing data are collected and processed by PROEDI Comunicazione exclusively for statistical purposes on access and use of the Sites and for purposes of monitoring the proper functioning of the Sites; such data could be used for the purpose of ascertaining possible liability in the event of computer crimes to the detriment of the Sites or carried out through the Sites. With the exception of this hypothesis, PROEDI Communication retains users’ browsing data for the period necessary for the purposes mentioned above, and they may be kept only in anonymous form.

The personal data collected will be stored and processed through an electronic system managed by PROEDI Communication which is located at our provider.
What are cookies?
The Sites uses “cookies” for specific and limited purposes, namely in order to provide you with easier navigation on the Sites. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies do not allow us any kind of control over your computer. PROEDI Comunicazione has no type of access or control with respect to the cookies present on websites accessible from the Sites, disclaims any relative responsibility and invites you to read the privacy policies of third party sites you access in order to know the methods of collection and processing of your personal data. The characteristics and modalities of the processing of personal data
The personal data voluntarily provided by the user will be used by PROEDI Comunicazione for the fulfillment of orders, the management of the user’s registration to the Sites, the sending of newsletters following the user’s subscription to the relevant service, the answering of user’s questions and the sending of information requested by the user.
The personal data collected by PROEDI Comunicazione are processed mainly with automated tools but also without the aid of electronic tools, only for the time strictly functional to the achievement of the specific purpose of processing and in compliance with the provisions in force on the subject of security, with particular but not exclusive reference to Annex B (Technical Regulations on minimum security measures) of the Privacy Code. In addition, information systems and computer programs are configured by minimizing the use of personal and identification data not necessary for the specific processing purposes pursued.
Scope of personal data disclosure
PROEDI Comunicazione comunica i dati personali dell’utente nei limiti e con le modalità specificate nella presente Privacy Policy e nell’informativa pubblicata in occasione del conferimento di dati, in ogni caso nel pieno rispetto del consenso manifestato dall’utente in occasione della raccolta dei dati, quando richiesto dal Codice Privacy.
PROEDI Comunicazione può servirsi di altri soggetti terzi al fine di evadere i Vostri ordini e fornirVi i servizi specificatamente richiesti. A tali soggetti terzi sono fornite solo le informazioni necessarie all’espletamento delle relative funzioni; i Vostri dati personali sono trattati da tali soggetti terzi per le stesse finalità per cui sono stati raccolti.
I Vostri dati personali saranno accessibili all’interno dell’organizzazione societaria di PROEDI Comunicazione solo alle persone che hanno bisogno di conoscerli in relazione alle relative mansioni ed in qualità di incaricati del trattamento per l’evasione degli ordini, per consentire la Vostra registrazione al Sito, per la risposta a Vostre domande e per inviarVi le informazioni richieste. I dati saranno inoltre accessibili al Responsabile del trattamento, ove nominato.
I Vostri dati personali possono inoltre essere comunicati a banche ed istituti di credito, professionisti, collaboratori autonomi, partner commerciali di PROEDI Comunicazione, terzi di cui PROEDI Comunicazione si serve in relazione alle finalità di trattamento sopra specificate, nonché a chiunque sia legittimo destinatario di comunicazioni previste da norme di legge o regolamentari.
I destinatari della comunicazione di dati personali tratteranno i dati in qualità di Titolari, Responsabili ovvero incaricati di trattamento, a seconda del caso, per le medesime finalità per cui i dati sono stati raccolti. I Vostri dati personali non saranno in alcun caso comunicati a terzi per finalità di carattere promozionale e non saranno in alcun modo diffusi.
The provision of personal data
Except as described in relation to the so-called navigation data, the provision of data by the user is necessary for the processing of orders sent to PROEDI Comunicazione and for the provision of the services requested by the user, such as the registration to the Sites, the subscription to the newsletter service, the answer to questions and the sending of information requested by the user; any denial would prevent PROEDI Comunicazione from fulfilling its contractual obligations or from providing the user with the service or information requested.
User rights
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and as a data subject, you have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of data concerning you, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating or rectification, to request its deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, or to object to the processing of data for legitimate reasons.
